Hackney Stop Falls Network exists to get people connected up to the many services that can help reduce the chances of having a bad fall. Hackney Stop Falls Network is led and managed by the charity Mobile Repair Service and funded by the local health service (PCT). We are a service provider within Hackney’s Care Pathway for Falls and Bone Health, and work closely with GPs, social services, the community rehabilitation team at St Leonard’s Hospital and the Homerton Hospital falls service.
