Home Safety Scheme - info for professionals

Older adults can be at increased risk of falling for many reasons, but one of the most common is environmental factors in and around the home. We therefore work closely with the Mobile Repair Service to reduce these potential home hazards.

We will initially organise a home visit to assess need. Thereafter we can also supply and fit a range of small equipment and adaptations to make the home environment safer for those at risk of falls.
